Whiskers Tom Cat Teapot Otagiri Kitten Tea Pot NEW.
This handsome gentleman is all decked out in his Pin Stripe Pants - Vest - Blue Necktie - and Maroon Suit Coat. He is a brown - FAT CAT - and is drinking tea from his Flow Blue Teacup.
He is 7 inches tall X 8 inches diameter spout to handle.
Gold Foil tag on bottom says he is Hand Painted. Made by Otagiri - Japan.
He is NEW in original box - although the box does have shelf wear and sticker residue.
This pretty little set is ivory porcelain, decorated with pink applied roses & ivory leaves. Gold Gilt decorated handles, feet, rims, and touches to the rose petals. Each has three feet.
Teapot is 6 inches tall with a 6 1/2 inch span from spout tip to edge of handle. Probably holds one cup.
Sugar is 4 inches high, and creamer 3 inches high. The cute little cookie tray is 8 X 8 inches.
The set is in excellent condition. Age unknown, but probably recent.
