Road map of Pennsylvania 1952 This ESSO map and pictorial guide was given out at service stations long before we had self service. This piece of history will give you some perspective of the tremendous development that has taken place in the last 54 yrs. In good condition with no wear on the folds and with only a small coffee stain on the back page.

Alaska and the Yukon Map from 1956 This is an Arctic Tour brochure with a map of the state, showing the Alaskan highway before it was paved. Over 900 miles of gravel road in those days. The guide includes a photo of the steam engine on the narrow guage railroad and other great pictures.

1650 Oxford map J. Jansonius We talked to an expert and was told that removing the tape marks will need to be done professionally. We are therefore reducing the price to allow for restoration. Framed out and glassed this map measures 24 x 20 3/4" and is rich in color and detail. You can see the scotch tape markings at top, bottom and sides plus the typical center crease, but the map portion, itself is crisp with color, and has been protected and hung in the same home since 1947. We'll be happy to answer any questions. This map hangs in Gallery's for well over the one thousand mark.

Wildcat map "Oil in the Rockies" Sept. 1957 large fold out map showing both wildcat activity, oil and gas leases and oil shale. The Rocky Mountain region shows leases held by Four Corners Oil and Gas Co. and is put out by the Petroleum Information of Denver, Casper, Billings& Bismark. Map was stored, protected and in excellent shape.
