You have the lighter base which needs a new lighter insert; the ashtray, and the cigarette holder. The ashtray has a 5 1/2" diameter; has a decent size chink as I show in pic., which can easily be stained black and would never be noticed; also some gold is worn off in the center. The cigarette holder is 2 1/2" tall and is near mint. The lighter base is 2"tall, 4 1/2" across and is near mint. They have a gilded floral design with 4 color enameling in the leaves and flowers. Around the edges is a pale pink over gilding. The edges and cigarette holder have gilding with very minor wear, as shown in photos. On the bottom in gilding is "K-105". One ashtray also has some enamel loss that you notice only on inspection. It has the original silver foil hand label and another Blenko sticker that gives the item number as #7017 and says Blenko, Milton, W. Va. This lighter is in the 1960's Blenko catalog. The lighter insert is stamped in the metal "Japan" and has the original wick that is white so this lighter was never lit. A Georges Schreiber litho print of tobacco field workers chosen by "the American Tobacco Company to give as an award to the R. D. Burnett Cigar Co. in Birmingham, Al. for 100 years of Achievement". Collectors of advertising and tobacciana as well as art will want this 1940's framed art titled "Sticks' of Fine Ripe Tobacco", "Painted from life in the tobacco country" by Georges Schreiber in their collections. It has a 1 1/4" X 4" goldtone metal plaque attached to the matt which reads "R. D. Burnett Cigar Company, Birmingham, Alabama, Congratulations on 100 years of achievement, The American Tobacco Company". The R. D. Burnett Cigar Co began operation in the 1800's and in 1910 was listed as an American Tobacco Company share holder. Georges Schreiber was born in Brussels, Belgium in 1904, studied art in Europe, came to New York in 1928 and became an acclaimed lithographer, painter, sculptor, writer, and illustrator. He was a full member of the Art Alliance of America. His early works were more deco and sureal but in the 1940's his art became more Regionalist and his lithographs of the rural south are fine examples of American realism. In the 1960's he turned toward modernist concerns and abstraction. He died in 1977 in New York. The professional framing was done at Regency Galleries in Stamford, Connecticut.
