1971 9 X 13 The Kangaroo With a Hole in Her Pocket
This large excellent condition, 9" X 13" A Golden Book 1971 children's pictorial hard back book was written by Rejane and Philippe Fix, and every page has colored Illustrations by Philippe Bix. It was published by Western Publishing for Golden Press. The story is about the adventures of Emma, Barnaby, and Alexander during a trip to Australia where they meet the kangaroo called Scatterbrain. 1950/54 Ginny Gordon Missing Heirloom/Lending Library
These two Ginny Gordon books are sold as a set, both in very good condition and both First Editions published by Whitman Publishing. "The Missing Heirloom" was written by Julie Campbell and illustrated by Margaret Jervis, has a green hard cover, 249 pages, and 19 chapters. There is a penned 1950 Christmas inscription inside front cover but no other markings and there is a stain at the top of pages 1/2 of pages, as shown in photo of illustration; no pages torn or missing. The book "The Lending Library" was illustrated by Margaret Wesley, Has a colorful cover, 282 pages, and 17 chapters. All the pages are in excellent condition with only very slight age coloring.
