Repro Adv for a French Beer Bieres du Coq Hardi This is a contemporary reproduction of an advertising sign for a French Pilsner Beer. Bieres de Coq Hardi was made in Marcq en Baroeul in Northern France until 1972. The sign measures 11 1/2" X 9 1/2" and is very colorful showing a crowing rooster sitting on a wooden beer keg. It has a hanger and screw, is made of a thick fiberboard and is not marked. I charge actual postage and gladly combine orders to save on postage. Satisfaction guaranteed. 40's/50's Pottery Red Apple Wall Pocket This very vintage thick walled bright red apple crackle glaze pottery wall pocket measuring 4" tall X 3 3/4" wide. As photo shows the applied green paint on leaves has started to flake off and there is a mineral deposit line on the inside that can be removed. Priced accordingly. MIJ Ceramic Oriole & Gold-Fince Wall Pocket Plaques I am selling as a pair these vintage Made in Japan wall pockets, each has a 5 3/4" diameter and are molded ceramic mother birds in their nests feeding their twin baby birds. They are hand painted and on the back one says "Oriole" the other "Gold-Finch". They are in good condition except for both Mother's wings being damaged. The blue plate has a wing tip glued and the other has wing glued but tip is gone. You don't notice any damage unless you look close and the one tip can be colored.
