Egyptian motif bakelite jewelry was very popular in the 1930's after the King Tut treasures were displayed in America and you can find examples on Page 123 of Lillian Baker's book Twentieth Century Plasic Jewelry. Excellent condition very vintage 1930's costume jewelry 3" X 1 7/8" black bakelite openwork pendant with laminated red bakelite Egyptian Pharaoh image.
