This mint condition, new in box, with booklet and electric cord, Christmas holiday lighted handpainted porcelain cottage is "Quilly's Antiques" Department 56, Item #58348, introduced 1996 and retired in 1999. The Heritage Village Collection has dozens of lighted buildings and every year pieces are retired and the molds broken. In the Dickens' Village series, you step into Victorian London and there are 23 buildings in this series that was first intruduced in 1984.
