This one measures 27" from the waist to the 4" hem. The ties plus the waistband are over 100 inches--enough for a good bow! I would place this at a L,XL size--possibly even a medium if you don't mind a good-sized bow. The cotton is nice and soft and waiting to be tried out in your kitchen!
