Mod (late 60s) cream mesh clutch handbag. A great little neutral color bag with a little shine as a carryover from day to night wear.(In the last photo, I have pushed the side of the purse in so that you can see the pleasing sheen of the mesh materials that it is made of.)
This handbag is in excellent condition. Interior (and exterior) is pristine and even has a pocket for your phone! (Of course in the 60s, it would have been "for your compact"). 10X8 size. Perfect used for a clutch bag in the evening or even as a make-up container inside a larger hand-bag!
This little purse is extremely versatile--as it can be dressed up or down, worn with jewelry or not, worn day or evening. Has a plastic handle (might be bakelite) and an unusual clasp. Could even be used inside an oversized purse for a quick change to evening or to keep special items easy to find. |
