This unique sentiment is surrounded by 5 illustrations depicting the life of a nurse. The illustrations are nicely detailed with highlights of color throughout – sepia tone. The bottom left hand corner reads "A Buzza Motto". Original white painted wood frame with gold trim. Old glass. Original paper backing is fully intact with original cloverleaf, Buzza, metal hanger. Printed in the bottom right hand corner reads "The Buzza Company, MPLS. U.S.A.". Label in bottom left hand corner reads "Wendell Holmes LTD., Books & Stationary, London, St. Thomas. This piece is in Excellent Original Condition, front and back. This would truly make a terrific gift for the special nurse in your life.

Excellent original condition except for a couple of very minor discolored spots. See photos – top right corner above the umbrella and bottom right corner. Original paper backing with decorative stamp – "The Bromfield Publishers, Brookline Village, Mass." Original, brass hanger. Nice cherry colored wood frame with decorative black pencil line. Rare Mother Motto w/ Bluebirds Antique Buzza Print / Author: Maurine Hathaway This is an exceptionally rare antique Buzza "Mother" motto / print. The designs are very appealing. The bluebirds of happiness are framed within a very elaborate gold border with pink flowers. The gold highlights throughout this motto give it a very special look and feel. It is a large size motto. The sentiment is really lovely and charming by famous author Maurine Hathaway. At the bottom of the print it reads "Copyright 1924, A Buzza Motto, MPLS. U.S.A.". The original wood frame is designed with texture and a deep grove in a gold wash finish. The back retains the original paper backing and metal, Buzza, cloverleaf hanger. This piece is in excellent condition.

The print is adorned with flowers throughout, along with a woman knitting in a rocking chair and a spinning wheel. The frame is matching and original to the print. It’s a 2-tone color wooden frame – blue with a dark gold, double trim. This decorative frame also has an interweaving design. Original glass and hanger. 'Faith, Hope & Charity' Antique Victorian Motto Print This is a fine example of a fancy antique Victorian motto titled, "Faith, Hope, and Charity". Unusual black background accentuates the fancy detailed lettering. The floral spray includes calla lilies, lilies of the valley, pansies, and wheat. The frame is a fancy marbleized finish in complimentary colors with original glass. Age appropriate wear. This piece retains its original wood back with 2 of the original cut nails. Sometime ago the points were added to hold the print in the frame. The hanger was added later also. Paper backing is missing. This is a very pleasing motto in excellent original condition. Circa 1890’s.

Masculine, Inspirational, & Unique Antique Metal Motto / Plaque This is a special and very unique plaque. The words are incredibly inspiring with a profound message written by "Author Unknown". The piece itself has several very interesting and unique characteristics. This captivating piece has a wonderful texture and patina with fancy raised lettering. It is a rare, masculine, and very substantial. The bottom left corner is inscribed, "National Electrotype Company, N.Y. Copyright 1928" and the bottom Fancy frame with gadrooned edge. The back of this piece is just as wonderful as the front. The back of the plaque explains the quest for the unknown author. It appeared in the N.Y. Times Book Review in 1921. There is mohair between the front and the paper back. Optional hanger or metal stand. This piece is in excellent original Condition.

Bright fancy lettering with gold highlights. Softly aged background color. Delicate blooming flowers. Fancy gold-leaf gesso framing the picture, applied to a wood frame – painted green with black trim. This original frame is very complimentary to the piece, bringing out the green and gold colors. Old glass. Original cut nails and rope hanger with rings. Excellent original condition except for paper back missing, Very Small piece of black molded edge missing, and 2 Very Minor chips of gesso missing in the 2 bottom corners – (see photo). Circa 1880’s.

This piece has very special artwork and much detail. The background has a marbleized effect. The lettering is fancy. Special copper and gold highlights embellish this piece. The white highlights are hand-colored. The scene on the left is of a young lady in a Victorian dress picking flowers in her garden with a cottage in the background. The scene on the right is connected to the scene on the left, showing an inviting nature scene with a bird’s house. The frame is very complimentary to this piece. It’s the original wood frame and it has a fancy textured gold finish and a wonderful old patina. Old original glass. The paper backing is in excellent condition with the metal hanger and an optional paper / cardboard stand that has the original stamped label reading, "Stanright Easel, Pat. Applied For The Cin.
