Pair of Antique Victorian Lithographs - Saint John The Baptist & Young Jesus
This is a wonderful pair of colorful antique Victorian lithographs. One is of a young Saint John the Baptist and the other picture is of young Jesus. This is a very special pair of turn of the century religious art. These prints are very captivating in elaborate and interesting frames. This pair of prints has lovely details and compelling faces. Very decorative. Beautiful colors and gold highlights throughout. At the bottom of the print of Saint John, hidden from view, are the words, "San Juan Bautista S. Giovanni Battista St. Jean Baptist." In the picture, he holds a staff that reads, "Ecce Agnus Dei". The pictures are in excellent condition except for a couple of very tiny dots one on each picture and age appropriate wear. They both have the old original wavy glass. The wood frames are fancy, hand-done, tramp art with excellent original finishes and gold trim color molding. The original backs and hooks are in excellent condition. Circa 1900.

"The Good Shepard" Antique Print - Jesus with Sheep
This is a captivating print of Jesus as a Shepard, surrounded by his sheep. This piece is titled, "The Good Shepard". It is a large and colorful print in excellent original condition with a very tiny rub mark in the upper left hand corner, which does not detract from the picture. The wood frame is a honey color with nice black pencil line trim. Old glass and wire hanger. The back is stamped, "The Good Shepard, #8116, Framed Pictures & Mirrors, Chicago, Illinois". Paper backing is torn. Circa 1920s.

"The Last Supper" Jesus Antique Print / Reverse Painted Glass of Cathedral Design / Artist: Brunozetti
This is a small "Last Supper" print in an Art Deco style. Reverse painted cathedral design with gold highlights. It gives the appearance of a 3 dimensional picture. Found upon cleaning, hidden under the frame, in the bottom left hand corner of this print, is a signature of the artist, "Brunozetti" along with, "1229 - The Last Supper". The bottom right hand corner reads, "Made in U.S.A.". Original gold painted wood frame. Original back. New brass hanger. This piece is in nice, old, original condition. Circa 1920s.

"Rock of Ages" Woman Clinging to Cross, Antique Victorian Print / Walnut Frame
This is a nice, compelling, Victorian print. The cross is inscribed, "Rock of Ages". Flowers and grass surround a woman kneeling and clinging to the cross. The walnut Victorian frame is very decorative with leaf designs adorning the 4 corners of the frame. There is a gold inset molding and old glass. This piece has a nice old wood back and old wire hanger. It is in excellent original condition except the tips of the carved leaves are missing. Circa 1880s.

"The Holy Family" Print - Joseph Offering Fruit to Mary & Young Child Jesus / Artist: Giovanni
This is quite a unique picture of young Jesus, Mary, and Joseph titled, "The Holy Family." The original artist of this piece is Giovanni. The picture depicts Mary holding young Jesus as Joseph offers them a bowl of fruit. This print is very intriguing, along with the picturesque background. The expression on each of their faces evokes peace and serenity. Nice details. Bottom of print reads, "Printed U.S.A. A.P. Co. Chicago; The Holy Family; STK. No. 787". This is a very compelling sepia tone print of lovely Saint Cecilia, playing the organ, looking up at three angels visiting her. The closest angel is offering a shower of roses. The angels and the saint have very expressive eyes. This is a captivating print with beautiful details in excellent original condition. The oak frame and the matting are very complimentary to the print. They are also in excellent original condition as is the old wavy glass. "The Life of Christ" Rare Antique Victorian Print - 10 Scenes Plus Portriat of Jesus in Center
This is a very special Victorian print depicting "The Life of Christ". This piece evokes so much feeling. It is very compelling. The colors are bright and vibrant and the flowers are exquisite. Each scene is titled, there are 10 scenes in all: "Birth of Christ, Baptism, Teaching in the Temple, Riding into Jerusalem, Raising of Lazarus, Prayer in Garden of Gethsemane, The Last Supper, Crucifixion, Ascension, and Resurrection". Bottom left of print reads, "Great Western Supply House, Chicago, Ill. Publishers". Bottom right of print reads, "Copyright 1881". There is a torn spot on the shoulder of Jesus and a stain in the upper right, near the frame. The frame is wood with applied fancy gesso. It has a few nicks here and there. Original, cream-colored frame with gold wash. Old, original wood backing and original wire hanger. It retains the old original wavy glass. This is a rare and wonderful piece. Circa 1881.

This is a wonderful print titled, "The Holy Family". God, angels, and a dove are shining down upon Mary, Joseph, and young Jesus, evoking a peaceful and comforting feeling. Lovely details and colors. This large inspirational print is in excellent original condition. The frame is original to the print. It is wood with a rope-turned design with an old, gold wash. It is also in excellent condition. Rare Victorian Print, The Annunciation, Mary & Gabriel / Artist: Fra Angelico
This is a rare and special Victorian print titled, "The Annunciation" by famous early Italian Renaissance painter, Fra Angelico (c.1395-1455). In Italy, he became known as "Il Beato Angelico", meaning "The Blessed Angelico", which was in reference to his skills in painting religious subjects. He was also known to his contemporaries as "Fra Giovanni da Fiesole", meaning "Friar or Father John from Fiesole". This famous scene depicts the Virgin Mary with Archangel Gabriel. Gabriel is visiting Mary to reveal to her that she will give birth to Jesus. Gabriel has been called "The Angel of Life", and is said to appear to people when they are on the brink of a new beginning, especially a conception or birth. Gabriel is known to be the bearer of Good News! This inspirational piece is in excellent original condition with great detail. It is hand-colored with special gold highlights. At the bottom of the print, there are two sets of words written in Italian. I cannot make out the top row of letters, but I believe the bottom row of letters read as follows: "VIRGINIS INTACTE CVM VENER IS ANTE FIGVRAM PRFTEREVMDO CAVE NE SILEATVR AVE". The frame and glass are original to the print and the wood frame is painted gold. Original wood back. The original paper backing is torn, but there is writing at the top and bottom that is fully intact. The top reads: "T.W. Norman & Co., Art Dealers, Pictures and Frames, 44 Bromfield St., Factory 47 Field, Boston". The bottom reads: "2540 FIRENZE. Museo di S. Marco. LAnnunziazione della Vergine. Beato Angelico." (2540 Florence - The Announcement of the Virgin The Blessed Angelico) Old, original wire hanger. Circa late 1800s.
