Patriotic Antique Motto Print - The Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, & Military Nurse This is a hard to find, patriotic motto print with a wonderful, timeless sentiment. The colorful patriotic picture reflects all of the military forces – The Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and a Military Nurse – in a bright, positive light, framed by gold and blue pencil lines and 6 gold stars. Below the text, it reads, "Copyright, Luedco…Philadelphia 1942". This piece is in excellent original condition except for a couple of very tiny smudges under the old glass. The original wood frame is decorated with tiny flowers and retains the original gold color. Old paper backing. Replaced hanger. This would be a special gift for someone serving our country in any branch of the military.

Rare Antique Patriotic Print, Soldiers Coming Home from War “PEACE” w/ Jesus & Doves This is a very special and hard to find antique patriotic print titled, "PEACE". I’ve never seen anything like this before. What makes this piece so interesting is that not only are there a march of soldiers being welcomed back from war by family and friends, but Jesus and two white doves are soaring over top, watching over the soldiers. The two doves are holding the fancy lettered banner that reads ‘Peace’. This is a fascinating print with a lot of emotion and detail throughout. Original, decorative, gold-painted wood frame. Original glass and old wire hanger. This piece is in excellent original condition.

“His Flag” Patriotic Antique Motto Service Flag Print w/ Matching Patriotic Frame / Poet: Dorothy De Jagers This is a very special and hard to find patriotic motto print titled, "His Flag". The picture proudly displays the colors- red, white and blue. Under the motto is the poets signature and copyright date, "Dorothy De Jagers, c. 1918". Fancy lettering. The original gold wood frame is very complimentary to the picture with its ornate patriotic gesso shield and a star in each corner. Old original glass, original paper backing, and old wire hanger. This piece is in excellent original condition, except for a very small smudge on the motto and the frame has a very small piece of molding missing in the bottom left hand corner. Despite these minuscule flaws, this is a wonderful antique patriotic piece of art that you just don’t see every day.

“Consecration” Military Men Pray to Jesus, Antique Religious Patriotic Sepia Print / Artist: Charles Bosseron Chambers This is an interesting and compelling antique religious and patriotic print titled, "Consecration". This picture features two young men in Navy & Air Force uniforms praying inside of a church to a life-sized hanging statue of the Crucifixion of Jesus. This very special print of our Military men at worship is a hard to find and very special piece. It has lovely details throughout. The lower right corner of the print has the publisher’s initials, "Copyright E.G. Co. Inc., N.Y.". The lower left corner has the artist’s well-known fancy signature, "C. Bosseron Chambers". Charles Bosseron Chambers is a famous listed artist who is known for his religious paintings. The top right corner of this print is stamped, "Painted By C. Bosseron Chambers". The top left corner of the picture has the publishers full name, "Published By Edward Gross Co. Inc., N.Y.C.". The print is in excellent original condition. It has the original matting which bears the original plate mark and is also in excellent condition. The gold-painted molded wood frame is original to the print and in excellent condition. Original glass, paper backing, and metal hanger. On the paper backing is stamped the words, "Frame #680". Circa 1920’s.

Large Patriotic “Welcome Home” w/ Eagle, Antique American WW2 Flag This is a large antique patriotic, United States flag from World War 2. I believe it was used to welcome home the troops from war. It’s made of a linen fabric with the colors - red, white, and blue. The flag reads, "Welcome Home" with a picture in the center of a large Eagle holding the American flag. The flag hangs by 2 original grommets, 1 at each top corner. This flag has very light wear and the colors are still quite vibrant and defined. This flag is in excellent original condition, except for a couple very light stains towards the bottom half of the flag. This is a wonderful and historical example of Patriotic inspiration. "Butch" The Guilty Spaniel Puppy Dog Antique Patriotic Print, 1944 Saturday Evening Post / Artist: Albert Staehle This is a unique piece of patriotic / animal antique art. The puppy and the torn up War Ration coupons are hand-cut and applied to the backing. The scene is very appealing and the pup’s expression of guilt is precious. The dog is the famous cocker spaniel "Butch" owned and painted by Albert Staehle for The Saturday Evening Post. The frame is wood painted black. This piece is in excellent original condition. Old glass and wire hanger. Circa 1944.
