1289
Patriotic Antique Motto Print - The Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, & Military Nurse This is a hard to find, patriotic motto print with a wonderful, timeless sentiment. The colorful patriotic picture reflects all of the military forces – The Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and a Military Nurse – in a bright, positive light, framed by gold and blue pencil lines and 6 gold stars. Below the text, it reads, "Copyright, Luedco…Philadelphia 1942". This piece is in excellent original condition except for a couple of very tiny smudges under the old glass. The original wood frame is decorated with tiny flowers and retains the original gold color. Old paper backing. Replaced hanger. This would be a special gift for someone serving our country in any branch of the military.

1368
Rare Antique Patriotic Print, Soldiers Coming Home from War “PEACE” w/ Jesus & Doves This is a very special and hard to find antique patriotic print titled, "PEACE". I’ve never seen anything like this before. What makes this piece so interesting is that not only are there a march of soldiers being welcomed back from war by family and friends, but Jesus and two white doves are soaring over top, watching over the soldiers. The two doves are holding the fancy lettered banner that reads ‘Peace’. This is a fascinating print with a lot of emotion and detail throughout. Original, decorative, gold-painted wood frame. Original glass and old wire hanger. This piece is in excellent original condition.
Circa: 1930's
Condition: Excellent Original Condition
Size: Height – 6 ¾” Width – 4 ½”

“How To Respect & Display Our Flag” Old Glory Patriotic Book by U.S. Marine Corps, c. 1942 This is such a wonderfully fascinating and hard to find patriotic book by the U.S. Marine Corps titled, "How To Respect And Display Our Flag". This book contains a lot of rich history about our famous American Flag, ‘Old Glory’. It talks about "Approved Flag Customs’, ‘How to Display the Flag’, an in depth "Story of Old Glory’, ‘Early American Flags’, ‘Old Glory and The U.S. Marines’, and more! The last page even has the verses of ‘The Star Spangled Banner’. The pictures are bright and colorful. This book has a soft cover binding. The back of this book at the bottom reads, "NO m 32906 1-6-42 IMM 274PB Alpha Litho Co. Camden, NJ". The copyright is January 6, 1942. There are 27 pages in this book, yet unusually, there are no page numbers. The binding is tight and all the pages are fully intact. A few words in this book are slightly fainted, but without a doubt, readable. There are no tears or stains in this book. The front page has a slight, tiny crease in the bottom right corner, which could be flattened. Overall, this patriotic flag book is in excellent original condition.

1381
“His Flag” Patriotic Antique Motto Service Flag Print w/ Matching Patriotic Frame / Poet: Dorothy De Jagers This is a very special and hard to find patriotic motto print titled, "His Flag". The picture proudly displays the colors- red, white and blue. Under the motto is the poets signature and copyright date, "Dorothy De Jagers, c. 1918". Fancy lettering. The original gold wood frame is very complimentary to the picture with its ornate patriotic gesso shield and a star in each corner. Old original glass, original paper backing, and old wire hanger. This piece is in excellent original condition, except for a very small smudge on the motto and the frame has a very small piece of molding missing in the bottom left hand corner. Despite these minuscule flaws, this is a wonderful antique patriotic piece of art that you just don’t see every day.
