Antique German Porcelain Plate w/ Romantic Scene / C. Tielsch & Co. This is a beautiful German porcelain decorative plate with a lovely romantic scene. This plate portrays a man and woman together with a dove resting on the woman’s arm and a cupid with his bow and arrows, hovering near the couple. There’s also a woman on the side, sitting down with an instrument. All of their faces show loving expressions. This scene takes place in a woodland setting. This plate has exquisite detailing and very pleasing colors. Beautiful cranberry colored border with a gilded scalloped edge and fancy gold decoration. The back of the plate bears the C. Tielsch & Co. factory mark, Altwasser, Silesia, Germany, c. 1875 – 1935. This superb German decorative plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. This decorative plate evokes such a loving and happy feeling...a true in-Spirit piece. Circa 1890’s.

Pair of Shapely Antique Victorian Plates w/ Ladies, Children, & Cherubs This is a shapely pair of antique Victorian plates with inspiring picture scenes of fancy Victorian ladies, children, and cherubs gayly dancing about. The colors are beautiful and the detail work is very nice. These plates are ribbed and scalloped with gold painted edges. They are both in excellent original condition with age-appropriate wear. Circa 1900.

Fancy Decorative Antique Victorian Plate w/ Cherub & Woman / Artist: Kaufman This is a shapely, fancy antique Victorian plate with an inspiring scene of a cherub resting above a woman near a brook. Lovely background scenery. Beautiful colors and wonderful detail work. The cherub and woman both have very appealing and angelic faces. Artist signature in the lower right corner reads, "Kaufman". Fancy embossed edge with gold leaf highlights. There is a blue manufacture's mark on the back. (see photo) This piece is in excellent original condition, except for a very minuet dot near the left edge of plate – see photo. Circa 1900.

Lg. Antique Decorative Mythological Embossed Porcelain Ceramic Plate / Dish w/ Boy, Mermaids, & Egyptian Women This is a large, rare, and unusual mythological decorative porcelain ceramic plate / dish. The center of the plate features a young boy holding an oar and fishing net. The outer edge of the plate features a very ornate design. Incorporated within, are fish, mermaids, and women wearing fancy Egyptian-like accessories. The entire top of the plate is highly embossed with great detail. The front of this plate retains its original dark bronze finish and the back of the plate retains its original black finish. The bottom of the plate sits on a small pedestal-type rim. This plate offers the option to be hung on the wall with its original, old wire hanger, to sit on the tabletop, or to be displayed on a plate stand. The underneath of the plate is inscribed, "after Maresch" with the numbers and letter "34x" underneath that. There’s also a number "1" inscribed. The underneath of this plate has several minor scratches and a little wear. The far outer rim, near the bottom, on the top of the plate has very slight age-appropriate wear and the center picture of the boy is just slightly worn as well. There are no dings, cracks, or repairs to this plate. Overall though, I would say this very special antique plate is in excellent original condition with a beautiful old patina. Circa 1920’s.

It features an adorable cupid and several beautiful ladies in an enchanting scene. This plate is very decorative and expresses joy and beauty. The ladies have wonderfully detailed faces and the cupid’s face is very expressive. The scene is very appealing and quite serene. Bright, vibrant colors throughout. Gold rim edge. The bottom of plate is marked with a symbol and reads, "Victoria, Carlsbad, Austria". Optional and original mesh wire hanger. This piece is in excellent original condition and ready to hang on the wall or display on a plate stand. Circa 1890’s.

Decorative Hand-Painted Antique Porcelain Plate, Puppy Dogs Under Umbrella “Waiting Till The Clouds Roll By” This is a charming, hand-painted antique porcelain wall hanging picture plate featuring a picture of 2 adorable puppies that have been caught out in the rain, taking shelter under a large torn umbrella. This painting is titled, "Waiting Till The Clouds Roll By". The title is hand-written around the very bottom of the front of the plate. The puppies have cute expressions and the picture has nice details. The painting shows a little wear around the edges and there is a light spot at the peak of the umbrella. There are no chips or cracks to the plate. The plate hanger seen in the photo is not included. This piece could be displayed with a wire plate hanger or plate stand. Circa 1920’s.
