Pair of Antique Prints of Comical Happy Cat & Dog Dressed Up This is a charming and comical pair of antique prints. The dog is dressed up with a straw hat and cane. The cat in the other print has a tuxedo on with a bowtie and top hat. These prints are in excellent original condition, except for some very faint staining. (see photos) The frames are molded wood with beaded design. Old, original glass and original metal hangers. Slightly worn white paint with gold highlights. The backs are stamped, "A Lambert Product, Made in USA, Brooklyn, NY & St. Louis, Mo.". Circa 1920’s.

"Butch" The Guilty Spaniel Puppy Dog Antique Patriotic Print, 1944 Saturday Evening Post / Artist: Albert Staehle This is a unique piece of patriotic / animal antique art. The puppy and the torn up War Ration coupons are hand-cut and applied to the backing. The scene is very appealing and the pup’s expression of guilt is precious. The dog is the famous cocker spaniel "Butch" owned and painted by Albert Staehle for The Saturday Evening Post. The frame is wood painted black. This piece is in excellent original condition. Antique Victorian Print of 10 Waxbill Birds & Almond Blossoms in Oak Frame / Artist: E. Welby This is a charming antique Victorian print of a grouping of 10 Waxbill birds perched on a decorative lattice fence and almond blossoms. The print has tremendous charm and appeal. The background of the print itself is textured. The artist captured the sweet expressions and realistic poses of all the birds. The details are wonderful. The colors are bright and realistic. The print is titled, "Waxbill and almond blossom." in the lower left and signed by the artist, "E. Welby" below the branches on the lower right side. This attractive Victorian print is in excellent original condition. The original heavy matting has some slight spots of discoloration, which is apparent in the photos. The frame is original and very complimentary to the print. It is oak with fancy delicate floral designs and scrollwork. It also has the original finish. Original glass and wire hanger. Coolidge This is a wonderful, captivating antique print of a collie dog relaxing in a comfy armchair, smoking a cigar and drinking a beer. He’s reading the mail and the newspaper ‘Town Topics’. This is a sweet and comical print. Bright colors and great details. The lower left hand corner of print reads, "Copyright B. & B., St. Paul". Although this print is not signed and dated, the artist is ‘C M Coolidge’ and the copyright date is 1908. Very nice original wood frame, glass, and wire hanger. Canine Courtroom Follies, Amusing & Comical Pair of Antique Dog Prints / Artist: C.M. Coolidge This is an incredible pair of antique dog prints. Both prints feature very captivating scenes of a variety of dog breeds. The details are incredible. There is so much going on in these prints and the dogs have such great expressions. Canine courtroom follies and antics ensue. Dogs are ‘holding court’ and many of the dogs are smoking cigars and pipes. These are hand to find prints in wonderful original condition. In the lower left corner of print it reads, "Copyright 1908 by C.M. Coolidge". The lower right corner of print reads, "Copyright B. & B., St. Paul". The colors are nice and bright. 3 Cows Drinking in Barn, Charming Antique Farm Print / Artist: F.B. Townsend / Rare & Special Hinged Barn Door Oak Frame This is a unique and charming antique print of 3 handsome cows / calves drinking from a pail. They are in the barn and the frame is shaped like the barn door. The print is signed in the lower right hand corner, "F.B. Townsend". These are beautiful detailed cows in a sweet setting with beautiful soft colors. The original frame is very special. Solid choice oak has been cleverly cut to look like a barn door. The frame has a gold inset and original, decorative metal hinges. The frame is in excellent original condition. The hinges have very minor age cracks and the lower hinge is missing a small piece. The hinges are just for decorative purposes. The frame retains a beautiful original finish. Original glass and original wood back. New wire hanger. This very special and enchanting piece is in excellent original condition. Circa 1910.

“Peace And A Child Shall Lead Them” Yg Jesus w/ Animal Kingdom Isaiah 11:6-9 Famous Antique Sepia Print / Artist: William Strutt This is a wonderful, inspiring, and famous antique religious sepia print featuring the young Child Jesus standing beside the animal kingdom. Although this print is not titled, the actual title is, "Peace…And A Child Shall Lead Them"; also known as, "The Peaceable Kingdom". This picture is in reference to Isaiah 11:6-9 from the Bible. The artist’s name, publisher, and copyright date can be found in the bottom left corner of the print, "William Strutt; Copyright 1896 by Franz Hanfstaengl". The bottom right hand corner of print similarly reads, "Copyright 1896; By Franz Hanfstaengl". The stamping in the bottom right however is incised within the print…quite rare. Jesus is seen holding a large palm or olive branch, which signifies peace. The foreground and background of this picture have beautiful and interesting details, including Isaiah sitting on a large rock with an angel visiting him, mountainous terrain, several beams and boulders stacked beside each other as though something was being built, and a castle all the way in the back. There’s even a strange looking animal sticking its head up behind the sleeping leopard. The print is in excellent original condition, except for a small minor tear (which has been repaired) in the bottom left corner. This tear is hardly visible and does not detract from the beauty of this piece. (see photo) The matting is new and in excellent condition. The old antique frame has a nice dark natural finish and is also in excellent condition. New wood backing and wire hanger. Missing paper backing. This is a wonderful In-Spirit piece that magically captures the thought of peace on earth. Circa 1896.

Decorative Hand-Painted Antique Porcelain Plate, Puppy Dogs Under Umbrella “Waiting Till The Clouds Roll By” This is a charming, hand-painted antique porcelain wall hanging picture plate featuring a picture of 2 adorable puppies that have been caught out in the rain, taking shelter under a large torn umbrella. This painting is titled, "Waiting Till The Clouds Roll By". The title is hand-written around the very bottom of the front of the plate. The puppies have cute expressions and the picture has nice details. The painting shows a little wear around the edges and there is a light spot at the peak of the umbrella. There are no chips or cracks to the plate. The plate hanger seen in the photo is not included. This piece could be displayed with a wire plate hanger or plate stand. Circa 1920’s.
