This is a captivating antique ceramic statue figurine of the Virgin Mary clasping her hands in prayer, while standing on a beautiful Art Nouveau-style pedestal. Lovely original colors with gold highlights. This figurine is well defined and sweetly expressive. This piece is in excellent original condition, except for a few very minor flakes to the paint near the base, but it does not affect the overall appearance. Wonderful old patina. Circa 1920’s.
