This is a beautifully detailed, heart-shaped, antique Victorian Reed & Barton, silver plate pie / pastry server. It is contoured with a center rib. The designs are elaborate with Victorian cherubs / angels, detailed flowers, and a delicate butterfly. The handle is shapely and contoured with delicate floral designs on the front and back. It is marked, "Reed & Barton" with a number ‘4’ on the back of the handle. This piece is in excellent, original condition with very minor age appropriate wear to the finish. Circa 1900. |
