| This is a sweet, romantic, and whimsical antique plaster statue of two happy young children. The boy is seen kissing the girl as they stand on an ornate floral pedestal. Both children are barefoot with their eyes closed. The girl is holding a long swag of flowers and behind both of them is a tall planter full of flowers, as part of the statue. The shapely pedestal has flowers wrapping around all sides, as well as a scrolled design pattern on the top and bottom. This piece is heavy and substantial and the entire statue has the original gold paint. The back of the pedestal is signed, "Copyright Artistic Royal". Original felt bottom. This statue is in excellent original condition. |
