This is a charming, hand-painted antique porcelain wall hanging picture plate featuring a picture of 2 adorable puppies that have been caught out in the rain, taking shelter under a large torn umbrella. This painting is titled, "Waiting Till The Clouds Roll By". The title is hand-written around the very bottom of the front of the plate. The puppies have cute expressions and the picture has nice details. The painting shows a little wear around the edges and there is a light spot at the peak of the umbrella. There are no chips or cracks to the plate. The plate hanger seen in the photo is not included. This piece could be displayed with a wire plate hanger or plate stand. Circa 1920’s.
