Hand Blown Art Glass Fish Figurine A striking hand blown art glass striped sun fish for your appreciation & inspection.

The fish measures 9 3/4" long & 7 1/8" tall at it's highest point. The fish has alternating stripes of tangerine, white, green, yellow & blue cased in clear, with clear glass fins & tail. The lips & eyes are applied.So striking you can almost imagine a school of fish swimming through the tropical corral reefs.

Vintage Verlys France Glass Duck Dish c.1930 - Signed This small but very lovely Verlys duck dish has a silky acid finish throughout & is signed.

The realistic depiction of a wild sitting on the side of a pond with the gravel bottom showing clearly. It makes a lovely pin dish for your dresser , a card dish for your entrance way or is also a great addition to your display case.

The item measures 6" lengthwise, 3 3/4" across & 4" to the top of the duck head. It bears the raised, molded Verlys signature on the bottom which used by the French Verlys glass house.

The dish is in excellent condition with only normal base wear for an item dating c. 1930.

Both the French & the American Verlys producers closed & their molds sold to Heisey who used no signatures. Fenton now has the molds but used them in colors & with their logo.

Red Cased Glass 8-1/4" Vase This beautiful vase is clear glass cased over a vibrant red with a white milk glass interior & clear glass decorative "handles" on each side.

At one time it had a foil label with "Snowflakes" attached. It is beautifully finished. It is one of the items featured on page 145 in "Fifties Glass" by Leslie Pina. This item dates c. 1950.

It measures 8 1/4" tall & is about 4" across at it's shoulders & 3" from lip to lip. This makes an excellent cabinet piece for the glass collector. Thank you for visiting The Treasure Chest.

Vintage Beacon Magenta Glass 7 This is a beautiful 7" magenta ribbed glass vase from Beacon Glass of New York & date c. 1940. Please Note: These photos make the vase more purple than it really is.

The vase is ribbed inside & doesn't show the variation of color & the beauty of the glass that is there in the natural light.

The vase is 7" tall & 8" in diameter. It has all the earmarks of being made by a master glass maker. The pontil is is slightly pitted but has not sharp edges.

Vintage 22 Kt. Gold Decorated Crystal Bowl - c. 1920 A beautiful crystal bowl decorated with a heavy layer of 22 Kt. gold in a floral pattern, for your appreciation.

The bowl measure 8 1/2" long & approximately 5 1/4" wide & 2" high. The gold is in very good condition with no worn areas.

The base of the bowl is polished crystal -- found in only the finest pieces of this type. The effect is similar to Pickard porcelain of the early 1900's & to that produced by by Osborne Olsen in our Item M-05.

The engine measures approximately 9" long & 7 1/2" tall. It's smoke stack holds 4 schnapps or liqueur glasses & the roof lifts up revealing a diamond pattern liqueur serving decanter.

The music box is triggered & plays: HOW DRY I AM,when lifting the decanter.

The set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or worn paint areas. It is from the estate of a wonderful friend who loved to entertain. There are no marks or other identifying logos.

The piece is an attraction for the collector of train items, Breweriana, or music boxes & makes a great conversation piece.

Collectible Boyd Glass Daisy & Button Glass Shoe This adorable Boyd Glass daisy & button pattern glass shoe is in a lovely pale blue with touches of rose on the upper portion of the shoe.

In addition to the daisy & button pattern, the shoe has a bow topping it off. It measure 5 1/2" long & 2 1/2" high.

It is marked on the bottom of the shoe with a "B" & 3 lines boxed around it, dating it c. 1993 - 1998. It is in mint condition with no chips or cracks.

The mug measures about 4 1/2" tall & 4 1/2" across it's widest diameter. It has many characteristics of Murano glass.

It is in mint condition with no chips or cracks. It makes an excellent contrasting item for a glass collection or is excellent for the person who likes to have their tea or other beverages in an interesting mug.

Opaline Hand-Painted Glass Egg - Russian This beautiful item was purchase some years ago on a trip to St. Petersburg, Russia from a museum shop.

It is a white opaline glass egg has a lovely red rose & green leaves hand painted on the front with a spray of rose buds and leaves trail around the back of the egg.

The item measures 4" tall & 3" across it's widest point. It was purchased in a museum shop in St. Petersburg, Russia. It has the appearance of a victorian piece.

Verlys Love Bird Vase - Signed - Vintage A beautiful signed Verlys love bird vase with a silky frosted finish, with the exception of the love birds & base, which are clear. It measures 6 1/2" length, 2 3/4" wide & 4 1/2" tall.

It has a script signature "Verlys" with a line across as part of the signature. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The bottom has normal wear as expected in an item that probably date c. 1930's.

Both the French and the American Verlys company factories closed & the molds sold to Heisey. Heisey did not sign theirs. The molds eventually were purchase by Fenton Glass Company who has produced items with their own logos.

Imperial Caramel Slag Glass Duck This very nice Imperial Glass Co. caramel slag glass: Sitting Duck, still has both it's original labels.

It is in mint condition with no chips or scratches as it has been a cabinet piece in my home since purchased. It dates c. 1970 & is one of the favorite Imperial colors for collectors.

Pouter Pigeon Glass Bookends This pair of pouter pigeon glass bookends appear to be by Indiana Glass Company which was founded in 1907 & is well known for it's highly collectible depression era glass.

Pressed Pattern Crystal Open Salts & Sterling Spoons (4) A lovely set of 4 pressed pattern crystal open salts with sterling spoons.

The set is in mint condition, in a lovely press pattern. The tiny spoons are marked: "Sterling" & have a hall mark of a crown.
