Vintage Crystal & EPNS Muffineer/Sugar Shaker
A very nice cut crystal muffineer/sugar shaker with EPNS top for your inspection.
The crystal portion is paneled & the base is cut & polished. There is a small flake at the base & slight nicks on the top under the EPNS top.
The EPNS top is in very good condition with no dents. The silver is not worn, any "yellow" in the photos is reflected from nearby objects. It has "EPNS" stamped in the cap just above the threading.
The piece measure 5 7/8" tall & the base is 2 3/8" in diameter. This piece makes an excellent, quality addition to your fine table service. We believe it dates to the early 20th century. Thank you for visiting The Treasure Chest. (Item ID:V-19-DD)

Vintage Silver Plate Sugar Scuttle & Matching Scoop
A beautiful, ornate, silver plated sugar scuttle with matching server scoop for your review.
The scuttle is decorated with large ornate clusters of roses on the sides & trailing flowers & leaves on the base. It has it's original small serving scoop.
The piece is marked on the bottom: "SILVER PLATE" & also has a triangular logo with "DS" in the triangle. The body of the scoop, from the tip of the handle to the front, measures 6 1/2" long & is 5 1/2" tall, with a base 3" in diameter.
The piece shows no silver wear & has no dents or damage of any kind. This fine piece is from Col. Don Davis' large collection of silver & silver plate, & is indicative of his excellent taste. Thank you for visiting The Treasure Chest. (Item ID:V-16-DD)

Vintage Ornate Gorham Silver Plate 8 1/2
A beautiful Gorham silver plate 8 1/2" trivet in mint condition with an ornate & reticulated pattern for your inspection.
The item still has the original label on the base: "A GORHAM SILVER ORIGINAL", as well as an embossed Gorham mark: "GORHAM e (anchor) p YC48". It has 3 legs to raise it above table level.

Vintage Wallace
A beautiful pair of Wallace silver plated bowls in their popular "Baroque" pattern, for your inspection & enjoyment.
The bowl measure approximately 8 5/8" in diameter. They are in mint condition & appear to show no signs of use. There are no dents, worn areas, or scratches.
The bowls are marked on the underside of the rims "BAROQUE By Wallace 223".

F. R. Rogers Roll Top Silver Plate Butter Dish & Insert
A beautiful F. R. Rogers Silver Co. roll top butter dish with it's original glass insert for your inspection & appreciation.
The dish is in excellent condition, showing little or no wear. The glass insert is in mint condition with no chips or cracks.
The silver shows no areas of wear. The 3 legs are topped with a fierce lion or leopard head & the feet are in the form of the clawed leopard foot.
The base of the butter dish is marked: "TRADE MARK 18(Crown)83 F. R. Rogers Silver Co. Silver Plate 273".

Vintage Georgian-Style Silver Plate Ladle - Gerity, London
A beautiful mint ladle by the famous S. Gerity of London, in it's original, near mint box, dating c. 1950.
The ladle measure 13 1/2" long, has a bowl 4 1/4" by 3 1/4", it's original silver cloth sleeve or bag, & it's original box marked: "GEORGIAN LADLE Circa 1740 Reproduction", & "Gerity" with his hall mark.
This item is from former Max Sennett child actor, Col. Don Davis' home & is a lovely example of the many quality items we are offering.

19th Century EPNS Ornate Sugar Shaker - Muffineer
A lovely 19th century, ornately designed, EPNS sugar shaker from the collection of Col. Don Davis.
The shaker measure 6 1/2" tall & is slightly over 2" in diameter at the base. There is "gold" on the lid & in the chasing lines of the ornately designed body of the shaker.
The shaker is in very good condition, has no dents, & is solidly constructed. The base has a small mark "EPN" with a "c" or an "o" above. We are not sure if the lid is a gold wash or brass but the gold color is solid on the lid - the photos have glare that hides the color.

Vintage Silver Plate Roll Top Butter Dish - Hong Kong
A lovely silver plate on steel roll top butter with it's original glass insert still intact.
The piece is marked on top of the lid with a hall mark + Silver Plated EP On Steel Hong Kong. It is in excellent condition & appears to have not been used.
The piece measures approximately 5" tall & 5" in diameter. It is similar to another butter dish of this type in our shop, Item YY-010 by Rogers Brothers.

Vintage Silver Plate Punch Ladle - S. GARITY - England
A beautiful vintage silver plated punch ladle by S. GARITY, England, in mint condition, for you appreciation.
The ladle appears to have never been used & is in excellent condition with no worn areas on the silver plating. It dates c. 1950 & is a 1740's replica.
The ladle measures approximately 13 1/2" long & has a bowl of 4 1/4" across at it's widest point. It weighs 1 lb. 10 oz.
The back of the ladle handle has a "hook" to keep the ladle standing in the bowl. It is marked with a coat of arms which includes "S G. ENGLAND". The "G" is for Garity who is famous for his silver antique replicas.

Vintage Reed & Barton Ornate Silver Plated Salt & Pepper - Box
Beautiful & ornate vintage Reed & Barton silver plated salt & pepper shakers for your review.
The shakers measure 3 3/4" tall & 1 5/8" across at their widest point. The set is stamped on the base: REED & BARTON 830 with an EAGLE below the name & numbers.
They come in a red box with white & royal blue linings. The box & lining are in very good condition. These would make a wonderful gift for a special person.
There is a shield on one side of each shaker that could be monogrammed. The silver plate is in excellent condition as are the salt & pepper.
The pattern is an ornate arrangement around each piece of flowers & flowing, vining leaves. These are truly a beautiful vintage set. Thank you for visiting The Treasure Chest.

Vintage EPNS Silver Claw Tongs - Unusual
A beautiful E.P.N.S. bird claw tongs in excellent condition for you appreciation & inspection.
The tong measure slightly over 6" long, are 1 1/4" wide at the claw portion, & approximately 3/4" wide at the handle curve.
The tongs are marked on the inside with a logo stating: YEOMAN PLATE E.P.N.S. Made In England.
They are in excellent condition - part of the eclectic collection of Col. Don Davis, U. S. Army (Ret'd.) who has traveled & lived throughout the world. Col. Davis was a former child star under the names of John Henry, Jr. & Don Morris in the famous Mack Sennett movies.

Vintage Hand-Hammered Silver 3-Legged Bowl
This is an unusual & attractive hand-hammered silver 3-legged bowl.
We believe the metal is coin silver -- it cleans like silver & has three brass legs.

Vintage Ornate Pair Silver Plate Candlesticks
This beautiful pair of silver plated ornate candle holders are presented for your inspection.
The candle holders measure 4 3/4" tall & have a base of 3 1/2" in diameter. The base edge has an ornate half shells with connecting arcs.
The silver plate is in very good conditions with no areas of wear. There is a minor scratch & tiny ding on each. Other than that, they are in very good condition.

Vintage Sheffield EPNS Marmalade Spoon - England
A very nice Sheffield EPNS marmalade spoon from England for your review.
The spoon measures just under 4 1/2" long & is in very good condition, showing normal wear but with the plating intact.
On the back of the handle, the spoon is marked: E.P.N.S. Sheffield England. It has a simple but elegant pattern. It could be called a scoop.
