P-21

Vintage RICHARTZ 2-Blade Lamp Post Pocket Knife The knife has faux snake skin patterned bakelite scales and measures 2 3/4" in length with a 1 5/8" primary blade & a 1 3/16" second blade.

The primary blade tang is inscribed with: RICHARTZ SOLINGEN GERMANY, & lengthwise, the blade is inscribed with: LAMP POST KNIFE.

The 2 blades have no rust but are patinated with gentle age. The primary blade may have been carefully sharpened with crocus cloth, ages ago, with no resulting scratches.

Both blades have good snap & they open to a firm position, without play.

The scales are in good condition without cracks or chips; however, there is a slight up turn on one end of a scale because of the underlying brass plate, visible only on close inspection. This has no effect on functionality.

We believe the knife to be from 1910 - 1920 era, but it could predate 1900.

The knife would be an interesting & unique addition to a collection of small quality vintage & antique knives. It is beautifully made, a product of precision workmanship. Thank you for stopping by The Treasure Chest.(Item ID:P-21)

X-19

Vintage Buck Model 112 Ranger Knife & Leather Sheath A very nice used Buck Model 112 Ranger with Micarta Scales knife & black leather sheath for your appreciation.

The blade shows some edge sharpening but the "brushed" blade is 90% original.

The tang markings on the blade are: BUCK U.S.A., without the model number which was added to the later editions. There are no nicks, dings or scratches except some at the very tip.

The bolsters are solid brass & the rear bolster has the solid brass spacer. The bolsters show some patination but there are no scratches, dings, dents nor are they marred in any way. Scales of Micarta have no cracks, chips, or any imperfections & are held in place with 2 brass pins & one stainless steel pin.

The blade locking release mechanism works perfectly & in the open position the blade has no movement. The blade has the proper snap at closing.

The leather sheath shows very little use & is tooled "BUCK" on the flap & it's snap is also marked: BUCK. There is no model mark on the snap.

The overall condition of the knife is excellent & would be a perfect early BUCK 112 addition to a collection of BUCK knives or top grade knives. We believe it dates to 1960's. Thank you for shopping at The Treasure Chest.(Item ID:X-19)

Vintage CASE XX #7254 2-Blade Pocket Knife - Mint This is a beautiful, mint, vintage CASE XX #7254 2-blade pocket knife for your appreciation & inspection.

It is rare & unusual with a designation of "Bradford, PA 19 USA 91". The knife is 4 1/8" closed with 2 blades, each 3 1/4" long. The blades show no use, & have never been sharpened. Both blades open stiffly to a solid position without any play, & they close with a strong snap.

While the knife was made in 1991, it has not been carried even though the nickel silver bolsters show some superficial scuff marks; however, there are no dents, nicks or scratch marks. The scales are made of a hard wood, possibly maple, & are an unusual color with variations in coloration on both sides. The actual color of the scales are more "golden" than what is apparent in the photos. There are no scratches or cracks. One scale has an oval metal inlay of the "CASE" logo. The scales are held in place by 3 brass pins.

The knife is near mint throughout & has no rust, pitting, nicks or damage of any kind. It would make a handsome addition to any knife collection or a perfect pocket piece for the discerning sportsman.
