Frosts Hunting Knife & Leather Sheath - Mora - Sweden
A fine FROSTS hunting knife & leather sheath, in mint condition, made by Mora in Sweden.
The knife is 8 5/8" long with a 4 1/8" blade. This item has not been used & the blade bears no marks of sharpening. It is inscribed "FROSTS MADE IN SWEDEN MORA STAINLESS STEEL".
The blade is highly polished but has minor scuff marks from being stored in it's sheath. The handle is molded from dark grey/green hard rubber with "FROSTS" on both side within an oval impress logo. The top of the handle also has a hole for a leather thong.
The knife fits securely into a dark brown suede-like sheath with a snapped strap that overlaps the finger guard of the knife. The sheath is solidly made with both stitching & rivets.

Vintage Miniature Horse Head Knife
A rare miniature hand made horse head knife, or "puukko", & ornate leather sheath from Finland, for your review.
The knife is 4 1/2" long with a blade length of 2 1/8". The blood groove has the maker's mark & "Made In Finland" is marked below. There are a couple of pepper mark & some patination but is otherwise in good condition.
The bolster & pommel are of brass & the handle is of red bakelite with a 1/8" crack is present when using a magnifying glass. The handle is topped with a detailed brass horse head for added attraction.
The knife fits snugly into it's leather sheath which has a decorated brass band at the top & tip. The sheath is imprinted with "Made In Finland" below the brass band. The leather has tooled decorative patterns for added eye appeal & shows some scuff marks & gentle use.
The blade has been sharpened with care & has not been abused. This mini-knife is an excellent example of Finnish hand made artisans & makes a wonderful addition to a collection of rare & fine knives. Custom MARBLES Fieldcraft Hunting Knife & Leather Sheath
This custom MARBLES Fieldcraft Hunting Knife & Leather Sheath come in their original box & papers, & is in mint condition.
The knife is 7 7/8" long with a 3 3/4" blade. The blade is mint, no scratches, scuff marks, dings, nicks, or any type of imperfection.
The tang has "MARBLE'S" on one side & "52-100 Custom 2002" on the other side. The finger guard is solid brass, then 15/32" of black/red/white/brass spacers, then the handle is stacked leather washers followed by 15/32" of spacers & topped with an aluminum cap.
The sheath is 6 1/2" long, made of dark brown cowhide & has "MARBLES" imprinted near the top of the sheath. The knife fits snugly into the sheath, which also has a generous belt loop.
The items came in a box which further identifies the knife as "MARBLES Quality Knives 80302 FIELDCRAFT 52-100 LEATHER". The knife is a superb example of American knife making excellence. Marbles has been making knives since 1892 & their knives continue to be some of the most sought after knives in the world.

CASE XX Twin Finn Hunting Knives Set - Piggy-Back Sheath
A beautiful, collectible & rare set of Case XX "Twin Finn" hunting knives in a "piggy-back" sheath, in their original box, for your review.
The 2 knives are mint & come with their original warranty papers in their original box.
The large knife is 9 1/8" long with a 5" blade. The tang is marked "CASE XX" with 5 small x's & "316-5 SS USA". The handle is stacked leather washers with aluminum finger guard & pommel. It fits snugly into the leather sheath.
The small knife is 6 1/4" in length with a 3" blade which is marked in the tang "CASE XX" with 5 small x's & M3 FINN SS USA". It's handle is also stacked leather washers with aluminum finger guard & pommel. It fits snugly into the piggy-back sheath.
Toth knives are held in place with their individual straps with snaps. The sheath is of heavy cowhide. The set is pristine in all respects and a rare CASE XX twin set. As a Finn, I believe the "Twin Finn" name refers the famous piggy-back horse head knives & sheath developed by fellow country man, Iisakki Jarventaa.

Vintage Miniature
This vintage puukko is a lovely miniature from Finland with an unusual fur application on the sheath.
The overall length is 4 1/2" with a 2 1/8" carbon steel blade w/an inscription in the blood groove that ends with "KAUHAVA (I cannot not decipher the first part). The blade also states "Made in Finland. The other side of the blade shows that an attempt was made to sharpen it.
The handle is red w/silver or Nickel-Silver bolster & a black composition pommel. This is a truly handsome miniature. The leather sheath has the added attraction of a piece of reindeer fur & is perfect. This would make an excellent addition to any knife collection. It dates c.1930's.

Collectible KERSHAW KAI Sportsman - Blade Trader - 3 Blades & Case
A great collectible KERSHAW KAI Sportsman Blade Trader with 3 blades, a knife handle & a heavy duty nylon belt pack.
Tlade 1 is a 6" long saw blade with 3 teeth per inch. The teeth are as sharp as new although the blade has some scuff marks. The blade is identified with: "Pat #4,627,165 USA", & "KERSHAW KAI BT-5 NS".
Tlade 2 is a 6" fillet blade in mint condition & identified with: "KERSHAW KAI BT-2 JAPAN".
Tlade 3 is 3 7/8" long, hollow ground, & is also mint. The handle is black hard rubber & is mint. It is identified "KERSHAW" ON THE BLACK HANDLE & "KAI BT-H JAPAN" on the steel blade holder.
Tll blades are stainless steel & fit firmly into a slot in the handle. Each blade is stored in a black plastic pullout form in the belt pack, which is made of water resistant Nylon & comes with an over flap that covers the handle & blades, & attaches with Velcro.
The set is mint except for the few scuff marks on the saw blade which may have resulted from manufacture. It is ideal for the sportsman wish to enjoy an all around item with a saw, a fillet blade & a hunting knife.
Tny yellow coloring on the blades is from reflection of roof & not in the blades.

Special Edition Buck Tactical Knife - Model #6530 - Sheath - Mint
This is a beautiful 100 year, Special Edition Buck Knife, Model #6530, & it's sheath.
The knife commemorates 100 years of Buck knives from 1902 to 2002. It is unused, mint condition.
The knife measures 10 3/4" in length with a blade length of 5 3/4". The blade is surfaced with black oxide. The blade tip is similar in design to the Tanto knives & has 2 1/4" of serration from the tang forward. It is inscribed with "Buck 6530 USA".
It is in mint condition, never sharpened, & there is no rust, nicks, dings or other imperfections. The handle is black reinforced, molded nylon with rubberized non-slip grip. This item was difficult to photograph because entire knife & sheath are black.
The sheath is extra heavy duty cordura with a hard liner to protect the wearer. It has a snapped band or strap to hold the knife securely in place. The front of the sheath has the following identification: "100 Years BUCK Knives 1902 - 2002".

Vintage Mint Gerber Model C425 Hunting Knife
This is a rare, vintage Gerber hunting knife in mint condition with it's original scabbard & box. The knife is Model C425 which is inscribed on the box, the sheath, & the knife tang.
The tang has the following imprinted on one side: "GERBER Portland Oregon 97223". The other side has "MODEL C425" inscribed. The knife is 9" in length with a 4 1/8" blade. The blade is mirror finished, never sharpened, never used, absolutely mint.
The bolster is a heavy piece of brass separating the blade from what could be cocobolo wood handle, which is finished to a beautiful sheen & has no imperfections, cracks, or scuff marks.
The knife fits snugly into the dark brown heavy leather scabbard, which is inscribed on the back side with: "GERBER Portland, OR, 97223 U.S.
T. Model C425, PAT 3956330". The scabbard is in mint condition, having been stored in it's original box which bears the marks of having been moved around on it's storage location. Case XX Hunting knife, Sheath & Original Box - Youth Size
A beautiful youth size Case XX hunting knife, leather sheath & warranty in their original box for your appreciation.
This wonderful knife measures 6 1/4" long with a 3 1/8" blade. The knife has not been sharpened or used. The blade is hollow ground & is marked in the tang: "CASE XX with 5 dots" on one side & "M3 FINN SS USA" on the other.
The bolster & pommel are aluminum & has a handle of stacked leather washers, all tight & perfect.
The leather sheath is beautifully tooled on the front. The snap on the strap is further marked with "XX" in the center, with "W. R. CASE & SONS BRADFORD, PA" encircling it.
The box is also mint & on the flap is marked: "ITEM NO 00303 MFINN HTR M3 FINN 88 HUNTER FINN 3" LH 8M BROWN 6 -3/22/05". All original paperwork is also included.

Hubertus Hunting Knife & Sheath - Solingen
Fabulous Hubertus hunting knife with overall length of 8 1/2" & a blade length of 3 3/4". The blade is highly polished, never sharpened, & has no scratches or imperfections. The high polish reflects in some of the photos, but there is no defect in the blade.
The knife handle is of beautiful wood. It is custom made by hand. The sheath is green leather & in mint shape. The blade is acid inscribed: "Hubertus Solingen" & "Rust Free". Vintage, Rare Miniature Finnish
This is a vintage, rare miniature Finnish "Puukko" knife & original leather sheath which dates c. 1940's.
The overall knife length is 3 1/4" long with a blade length of 1 5/8". The bolster is of brass. The handle is of bone & is topped with what appears to be aluminum.
The blade is unused & bears the marks of original handmade shaping. The knife bears no makers mark but was brought from Finland & bears the marks of the famed knife makers of KAUHAVA.

GERBER Sportsman Handy Folding Saw & Sheath - 2 Blades - Unused
This is a great GERBER, stainless steel folding saw with a canvas camouflage sheath & 2 blades.
The blades are for sawing wood & are easily interchangeable. One is a coarse tooth variety & the other is a medium. Both blades are unused as is the entire set.
The saw handle is 8 1/4" long & the saw blade is 6 1/4". The saw fits into a camouflage belt pouch or sheath & the extra saw blade fits into a slot in the pouch. The pouch is in pristine unused condition. It has a Velcro cover to keep the saw & blades safely tucked into their slots.
It is an excellent tool for cutting down unwanted shrubbery or for the sportsman needing to clear away branches or cut wood for the camp fire.
This would make a great gift for the sports man or outdoors man.

Special Birders Knife - Frost Cutlery - Leather Sheath
A beautiful, mint, Birder's Knife from Frost Cutler that has not been sharpened, used, or carried.
The knife is 7 1/4" long with a 3 3/4" blade. The tang is marked with a profile of a bird, followed by "FROST CUTLERY". The other side is marked with "Stainless".
The blade has not been sharpened or used & shows no scratches or dings.
The scales are of multi-ply veneer with red being the top layer, & are held in place with 2 rivets. (My photos do not do justice to the lovely red, green & tan layering of the wood.)
The knife fits loosely into it's original black sheath made of heavy cow hide. The safety strap snap snugly to keep the knife in it's place. The knife & sheath are unused & are ready for the "Birder" to use in the bird hunt.
This would make a special gift or addition to an outdoors man's collection of fine knives.

Vintage Hand Made
A vintage collectible handmade one-of-a-kind custom "Puukko" hunting knife & leather sheath from Finland.
The knife, in excellent condition, measures 7 5/8" in length with a 3 3/4" blade. The blade is inscribed "Finland" on one side & "Lapua" on the other. The maker's name is inscribed in cursive writing in the blood groove but I cannot decipher the name.
The blade has not been sharpened but has some patination spots which is indicative of high carbon steel, not stainless steel.
The bolster & pommel are of brass & the bolster has the customary zig-zag decorative inscription.
The handle may be white phenolic or reindeer bone, in perfect condition, without cracks or chips. The pommel has some green brass oxidation on one side. There is no scrimshaw on the handle.
The knife fits snugly into the reindeer & leather sheath. The top portion of the sheath is leather with decorative tooled designs on it.
The bottom portion of the sheath is reindeer antler & has scrimshaw of a Sami riding in a sleight behind a reindeer. The back side of the sheath has a scrimshaw of "Made In Finland" in cursive writing.
The knife has not been used from all appearances though the belt loop shows some fraying. This Puukko has all the earmarks of a one-of-a-kind piece & makes a wonderful addition to any collection of rare & unusual knives or makes an excellent side piece for the outdoors man.

Vintage KA-BAR Hunting Knife & Sheath - Rare Youth Size
A nice vintage KA-BAR hunting knife & sheath, in the rare youth size, for your inspection.
The knife measures 6 1/2" long with a 3" blade. The blade tang is marked "KA-BAR U.S.A." The blade has some scratches & appears to have had the edge sharpened some.
The finger guard appears to be brass while the pommel is aluminum. The handle is stacked leather washers with black/tan/red separators. The handle is in excellent condition & has no looseness.
The sheath is original & is marked "GENUINE KA-BAR LEATHER", within an oval logo. The lower part of the sheath has dark patination but the sheath is in good condition for it's age, as the knife has been carried.
The knife is believed to be c. 1930 - 1950 time period, & for it's age, it's a beauty! It would make an excellent gift for a collector or for the user of finer hunting knives.
