A very nice "The Whitney All Wood Dollhouse kit by RADMARK, E. Brunswick, N. J., dating c. the 1960's for your appreciation.
The finished house measures 22" x 13" x 25". All parts are pre-cut lauan mahogany plywood. Plastic windows are included.
The box measures 25" x 13" x3" & has all original pieces, undamaged, with the original directions. In addition, it is somewhat unusual to find a set like this, in near-new condition. This particular kit comes with a 17 piece furniture set included making it even more desirable.
This is one of the items we are featuring that came from Col. Donald Davis, U. S. Army, (Ret.), the former child star in the famous Mac Sennett movies under the names of Don Marion & John Henry, Jr.. Col.

Davis has traveled & lived throughout the world & is an inveterate collector as well. This particular item was probably purchased for one of Col. Davis' children.
