Manufacturer: St. Johns, Michigan A unique & beautiful sterling silver souvenir spoon, probably from the early 20th century, reticulated with ST. JOHNS in the handle.

JOHNS, the end of the spoon has what appears to be 2 stags on their hind legs on each side of a shield. Below this, is MICHIGAN. There appears to be very tiny writing above the shield & on the shield, but we cannot decipher it.
The spoon has 3 hallmarks on the back -- we can only make out an ornate M as the center of the 3 marks. It is then marked STERLING.
The spoon has a couple of slight dings in the bowl of the spoon which could be removed with a little work.
