This is a nice pewter-framed photo holder, with a cat looking in the direction of the photo that would be in it.
The frame's outside measurement are: 3 7/8" tall & 3 1/2" at it's widest point with the cat.
It is in mint condition. The top of the frame is inscribed: SEAGULL; c in circle; Seagull & Pewter Canada. There is a number stamped in the side: PF 100.
