A well patinated American Legion cast bronze plaque or emblem for your review.

It was cast by the "NASHUA, N. H. BRONZE CRAFT CORP.", as marked on the back of the plaque. It measures 6 3/4" in diameter & is in good condition with green patination covering the face. It may have adorned the entrance of an American Legion chapter as it's appearance suggests exposure to the elements for a considerable length of time.

The back side has 2 loops for hanging & a protrusion at the bottom for stabilizing it; however, the bottom protrusion appears to be broken off in part.

This handsome plaque would be a treasured addition to a collection of military or war items, particularly to a person who has served their country.
