A nice Finnish art glass bird with an unusual finish.
The bird has ground or powdered silver glass on the body, & a clear glass neck & head. (The ground glass finish is not blue as it appears in photos.)The bird measures 5 1/2" from tip of beak to tip of tail & is 3 1/2" tall at the head. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The body is thick but hollow & it is ground flat at the base. There is no artist signature that we can find.
