This is a item for the plate collector or for someone who has a Satsuma-style tea set & needs another plate.
The plate is in good condition with no chips or cracks. The back of the plate has a red mark: "Hand Painted Made In Japan" with two diamonds with a "T" in each diamond.
The plate is from the Showa period, with two figures, most likely Rakan & Kannon. There is some gold in the halo around their heads & a gold band on the plate. There is a good deal of enameling. Thank you for stopping by The Treasure Chest. (Item ID:NN-02) |
