This is a vintage, rare miniature Finnish "Puukko" knife & original leather sheath which dates c. 1940's.

The overall knife length is 3 1/4" long with a blade length of 1 5/8". The bolster is of brass. The handle is of bone & is topped with what appears to be aluminum.

The blade is unused & bears the marks of original handmade shaping. The knife bears no makers mark but was brought from Finland & bears the marks of the famed knife makers of KAUHAVA.

The minuscule belt-loop is broken but otherwise, the knife & sheath are in excellent condition, especially for a knife at least 50 years old. Thank you for stopping by The Treasure Chest.
