This is beautiful, heavy pressed glass 8 1/4" plate dating c. 1880. I lost the pattern name but it has a star within a circle & zipper repeated around the plate with the large star or sunburst in the center. I believe the pattern is "star in bulls eye".
The plate is heavy & made to resemble the heavy cut crystal so popular at that time. It is in very good shape with no chips or cracks & only normal wear expected in an item of this age.
