A lovely Nielloware & sterling silver brooch from Siam bearing the likeness of Mekkala, Goddess of Lightning, as the central design.
The brooch measures 2 1/4 inches long & approximately 1 3/4 inches wide. The silver edging is reticulated in a lovely & delicate design. It is in very good condition, & marked: SIAM & STERLING on the back.
