This is a beautiful 7" magenta ribbed glass vase from Beacon Glass of New York & date c. 1940. Please Note: These photos make the vase more purple than it really is.

The vase is ribbed inside & doesn't show the variation of color & the beauty of the glass that is there in the natural light.

The vase is 7" tall & 8" in diameter. It has all the earmarks of being made by a master glass maker. The pontil is is slightly pitted but has not sharp edges.
