This vintage 1960's Vicke Lindstrand glass fish sculpture is beautifully finished & intriguingly designed by one of the great Swedish glass artist for Kosta Glassworks.
Mr. Lindstrand was a designer for Orrefors Glassworks for several years & then with Kosta Glassworks both as director & designer.
The sculpture is in mint condition with only the normal base wear expected for this age. There are no chips or scratches.
It is signed: "Kosta VL/1623". The sculpture measures 8 1/2" in length & is about 2 1/8" at it's highest point. This item is superior to similar, larger sculptures signed only "Kosta" & well demonstrates Lindstrands artistic ability.
