We purchased this item on a trip to China some years ago. It is found in only one area of China where this particular type of stone is found. It is hand carved with the handle, finial & spout in the form of bamboo. The spout even has a "branch" running from one side of the spout into the side of the pot with engraved bamboo leaves at the end of the branch.
The pot measures approximately 3 1/4" in diameter, 5 1/2" from tip of spout to outer part of the handle, & 2 3/4" from base to top of lid finial.
