A very nice BUCK 503U Lockback pocket knife in excellent condition for your inspection.
In closed position, the knife measures 3 3/8" in length with a blade length of 2 3/8".
The drop-point blade is hollow ground & the edge may have been sharpened, leaving the blade with a few minor scratches but no dings, nicks or damage.
The tang is inscribed with: BUCK 503U U.S.A. The blade opens to a firm position & closes with a good snap.
The bolsters appear to be stainless steel & show some indications of being carried but never abused.

The scales are of rose wood, held in place with 2 stainless steel pins & are in excellent condition, without cracks, scratches, nicks or damage.
The knife is well balanced & fits the hand perfectly.
It would be a nice addition to a collection of fine knives or, for a pocket piece for a new owner with excellent taste & knowledge of good knives. Thank you for stopping by The Treasure Chest. |
