This 11 inch salt-glazed stoneware crock has the cobalt feather decoration often seen in late 19th century crocks of the Mid-Atlantic U.S. It is in excellent condition (one 1 inch long hairline crack at its outer rim does not show on its inside), and was somewhat over fired. It has a glazed interior.
