This is a paper mache doll with a cloth body. The body of the doll is cloth and the clothing and the body are both vintage. As old as the body and clothing are, I do not believe that they are original to the doll head. The doll head itself is paper mache. The face was re-painted at some unknown time in the past. There are no markings to indicate manufacturer.
All in all the doll is quite balanced looking and has a vintage look and appeal. This could be a very nice addition to your collection.
