Antique BISQUE Cupid Shell Planter
Offered is a lovely bisque planter with a cupid adorning it. There are no marks on it but I believe it is German and dates to around 1900. The planter was in the Minnesota State Fair in 1957 and won a 4th premium in the home activities category. The ribbon along with the grading paper will accompany planter. The planter stands approximately 6 1/4 inches at the highest point. The length is approximately 8 inches and the width is approximately 4 1/2 inches. The planter is in excellent condition with minor chipping to the applied flower and to a couple of leafs. I have looked at the piece with a magnifying glass and can find no other damage or repairs. This is a true antique and in excellent condition for something so fragile. Shipping with insurance and handling will be $21.00 in the Continental USA.
