French Blue Opaline Covered Dresser Box For sale is a wonderful French cylindrical blue opaline hinged lidded dresser box or jar. The elderly lady I purchased the box from told me that it was given to her from an aunt who had traveled to Europe in the early 1950s and purchased it in France. The lady was not sure if the box was purchased new or in a second hand shop but it is never the less well over 50 years old. The lid and the base are attached together by what appears to be a gold plated decorative band and hinge. The box stands approximately 4 inches tall and the diameter of the box is approximately 2 1/2 inches. The box is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The metal has discolored in areas consistent with its age. Shipping with insurance will be $15.00 in the Continental USA.

DAUM/NANCY Emerald Green Chipped Ice Vase Offered is a Daum Nancy emerald green chipped ice frosted background vase with polished raised & gilt fleur-di-lis. Vase stands approximately 7 3/8 inches tall with a width of approximately 3 1/2 inches and a depth of approximately 2 3/4 inches. I believe the vase dates to approximately 1900 and is in fine condition with very minor wear to the gilt. There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
