Antique NIPPON Covered Dresser Box For sale is a Nippon round covered dresser box. The box dates to approximately 1920 and has the green "M-in wreath" mark on the bottom. The box stands (with lid) approximately 3 inches tall and has a width of approximately 5 1/2 inches. The box stands on 3 gilt legs and has a wonderful art deco look. The box is in excellent condition with some minor gilt wear. There is also a flake or possibly a flaw on the inside rim of the box (see photo). The flaw appears to be glazed which would indicate a factory flaw. Other than the conditions I have described there are no chips, cracks or repairs. Antique NIPPON Hand Painted Vase with Clematis For sale is a Nippon vase that is painted in soft subtle colors with a matte finish. There are sprays of clematises painted on the vase. The vase stands approximately 7 inches tall and the widest part (top section of vase) is approximately 4 1/2 inches. The top of the vase has a width from lip to lip of approximately 1 3/4 inches. Vase is marked on the bottom, this mark was used between 1911-1921. The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Shipping with insurance will be $14.00 in the Continental USA.
