Vintage Russian Paper Mache Lacquer Box For sale is a Russian paper mache black lacquer box. The top of the box has a painting and is signed and dated in the lower right of the box. The date and signature is rather hard to make out but this is what I think it is "1958 H. Poyocknov". When you open the box it is painted with a deep red paint. The box measures approximately 9 1/4 inches long by 6 1/2 inches wide and stands 3 inches tall. The box is in excellent condition with the exception of some minor chips to the black lacquer, most noticeably around the rim of the cover. Vintage Signed Russian Paper Mache Lacquer Plate For sale is a signed Russian paper mache black lacquer plate with a hand painted scene on the front. The plate is signed on the bottom with what appears to be "Cadke M.Oknhewuttkob". I believe the plate to date to the mid 20th century. The plate is in excellent condition with no repairs. The plate measures approximately 9 7/8 in diameter. Shipping with insurance will be $13.00 in the Continental USA.
