For sale is a 10 karat yellow gold framed stone cameo with a pink background. The cameo dates to approximately 1900 and is in excellent original condition. The clasp has a faint 10k mark on it. The gold frame has a bale on it so it can be worn as a pendant. Cameo broach measures approximately 1 3/4 inches tall and has a width of approximately 1 3/8 inches.
