For sale is a cased satin glass barber bottle with satin enameled decoration. The bottle shades from yellow at the bottom to brown at the top. The top is in 2 parts, the crown screws on and off. The top has cork and is in excellent condition other than the fact that it does not fit snugly to the bottle (cork could possibly have been replaced at some time). Barber bottle stands approximately 8 1/2 inches tall with top. The barber bottle is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are a couple of bubbles in the glass not considered damage but manufacture flaws. I believe the piece to date to approximately 1900 and am unsure of the manufacturer.
