For sale is a pair of signed Steuben jade and alabaster swirl compotes that date to approximately 1930. Each compote measures approximately 7 inches tall and has a width on the top of approximately 7 inches and the base has a width of 4 1/2 inches. The top part and stem are jade and the base is alabaster. Each compote is stamped with the Steuben Fleur-de-lis and each has a ground and polished pontil. I tried to take a picture of the stamp but they are very faint and do not show in the photo. Both the compotes are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Shipping with insurance will be $28.00 in the Continental USA. |
