Castleton Presidential Birthday Plate
This is a Castleton Presidential first birthday in the White House collector's plate along with the papers for the plate and the party for Dwight Eisenhower. The plate is dated Oct. 14 1953. It is bluish gray band, white center with an official symbol of Pennsylvania with a laurel wreath around it. It has gold trim and stars and is a limited edition commemorative plate. It is in the original box and in excellent condition.The papers that come with the plate are a copy of the original party program and copies of official and personnel correspondence between Mrs Eisenhower and various Senators, Governors, Congressmen and the party planners in the white house.
