Doberman Pinscher dog 1952 original German card. This very pretty single original card,(on thin paper),was issued in Germany by the Austria Tobacco Co. in 1952 and is from a set of 150 cards entitled "Kamerad Hund" "(Our Friend the Dog)". A special album was available at the time for these cards to be stuck into for display and unusually for these this card has not been stuck into an album at all.This card is from the first grouping of 25 cards and is more difficult to find than others in this series. The front of the card shows an artist drawn picture and the back has a brief description of the breed in German. It measures 4.5 inches by 3.5 inches approx and is in very good condition. Doberman Pinscher dog original playing card. This very pretty single playing card was recently issued in China. This single playing card measures 4.75 inches by 3.5 inches approx. It is in very good condition although it does have a small area of surface disturbance on the rear of the dogs neck...please see the scan. The image and the text are a little clearer than the scan shows them to be.

This single playing card was issued in England in 1997 by Heritage Toy Ltd and was part of their playing card set entitled "The Famous Dogs of the World".It was illustrated by John Denaro.It measures 3.5 inches by 2.25 inches approx.It is in very good condition.The text and the image are a little clearer than the scan shows them to be.

This very nice single card was issued in England in 1961 by Hornimans Tea and is part of their 48 card series entitled "Dogs".It has printed text on the reverse relating to the breed.It measures 2.75 inches by 1.5 inches approx and is in very good condition although it does have some printing offset on the reverse which does not interfere with the legibility of the text.The printed text on the reverse of this card reads as follows....."The only known breed that is the work of one man, a dog-catcher named Louis Dobermann from Apolda in Germany. He used some traditional German breeds such as Rottweilers, Pinschers, short-haired shepherd-dogs, etc., to create a police dog. Of medium size, both muscular and elegant. Tail docked fairly short. Coat short and harsh, colour usually black with red markings above eye, on muzzle, chest legs and feet." This unusual European card was issued in the 1960's as part of a 80 card series.It does not have text on the reverse relating to the breed apart from the dog breed in 2 or 3 languages.It measures 2.75 inches by 2 inches approx and is in very good condition.The image is a little clearer than the scan shows it to be.

This very pretty label/stamp was issued for the Republic of Somalia in 2003.It has gum on the reverse leading us to believe that it has not performed a postal function even though it has a cancellation mark.It is 2 inches by 1.5 inches approx.It is in very good condition. The image and the text are a little clearer than the scan shows them to be.  

Doberman Pinscher dog original unusual 1930's card. This very pretty original hard to find trade card was issued in Europe in the 1930’s.The image was used by a few different firms. This card was meant to be stuck into an album which was available at the time but this card is unusual in that it has never been so used.....it has printed text in Dutch on the reverse. It measures 3.25 inches by 2 inches approx. It is in very good condition.The image and the lettering are a little clearer than the scan shows them to be.

This very pretty thin paper single original card/sticker was issued by Service Line in Italy in the early 1990's as part of their set of cards entitled "Dogs and Cats".It has a peel off paper back which leaves adhesive on the card for it to be stuck into an album which was available at the time.This card/sticker has never been in an album and the backing paper is still attached.It measures 2.75 inches by 2 inches approx and is in very good condition.The image is a little clearer than the scan shows it to be.

This very pretty cigar band with the image of a Doberman Pinscher was issued by Murillo in Europe in the last few years.It is more detailed than the scan shows it to be.It measures 2.75 inches by 1.25 inches approx.It is in very good condition and has a plain back.Cigar bands are a large collecting field with many manufacturers producing sets of various topics.....we have a fair selection of cigar bands featuring dogs which we hope to list over the coming weeks/months.

Doberman Pinscher unusual European creamer top. This is a very nice creamer top depicting a Doberman Pinscher .....(creamer tops on the European Continent are a popular collecting field depicting many different topics).It is made of thin silverish foil and measures 1.75 inches by 1.5 inches.It is in very good condition although as is normal for these it does show signs of handling caused when the top was removed from the pot so there is some light bending/creasing which can be mainly seen when the tops are held at an angle to the light.The image and the text are a little clearer than the scan shows them to be.  

Doberman Pinscher unusual 1975 French card. This is a seldom seen single card on thin glossy paper depicting a Doberman Pinscher.It has printed text in French on the reverse relating to the breed.It measures 3 inches by just over 2 inches approx.Issued in France in 1975 as part of a series in a booklet entitled Histoire Naturelle "Chiens et Chats".It is in very good condition and the image is a little sharper than the scan shows it to be.  

Doberman Pinscher v.pretty US postcard. This very pretty postcard has not been postally used and was issued in the United States around the early 1980's we we believe.It measures 5.5 inches by 3.5 inches approx.It is in good to very good condition as it has a stain at the top right corner and it is a little grubby on the reverse.......please see the scan.The actual image is clearer than the scan shows it to be.  

Doberman Pinscher single original 1988 trade card. This very pretty single card was issued in 1988 by ACE cards in France as one of their 33 card set entitled "The World of Dogs". It has a fair amount of printed text on the front relating to the breed and the back has multiple ACE logos as its design. It is fairly large as it measures 5.75 inches by 3.5 inches approx.The image is a lot clearer than the scan shows it to be and the text is perfectly readable and clear.It is in very good condition, although as with all of these cards it has a small amount of light surface disturbance which in no way intereferes with the clarity of the image or text.....please see the scan.

This single card was issued in 1961 by Barbers Tea Ltd of England as part of their 24 card set entitled "Dogs".It has printed text on the reverse relating to the breed.It measures 2.75 inches by 1.5 inches approx.....the actual image is a little sharper than the scan shows it to be.
 

Doberman Pinscher v.pretty Danish postcard This very pretty original postcard has not been postally used and was issued in Denmark around the mid 1990's period we believe.It measures 5.75 inches by 4 inches approx.It is in very good condition.....please see the scan.The image is a little clearer than the scan shows it to be.  

Doberman Pinscher original 1972 Australian card. This very nice original card of a Doberman Pinscher was issued in Australia in 1972 by Golden Fleece as part of a 36 card set. The Doberman pictured is named as Aust.Ch.Koning Brave Morn. The front of the card shows a photographic picture of the dog and the back has a brief printed description of the breed. The card measures 2.25 inches by 3.5 inches. It is in very good condition and the image is a little clearer than the scan shows it to be.
