This very pretty label/stamp was issued for East Timor in the year 2000,(even though it looks like a postage stamp,in that it has perforations,gum on the reverse etc),it is probably not one in that it was never designed to perform a postal duty.It also has a cancellation mark on it that was very probably applied at the printers.It measures 1 inch by 2 inches approx and is in very good condition and the image and text are clearer than the scan shows them to be.
