This is a set of 4 Kate Greenaway antique illustrated printed Christmas cards. They are all matching with Christmas sentiments. The expressions on the girls faces are precious. Wonderful details throughout. They are all trimmed with glittery gold pencil lines. The text is gold and has faded over time but is still readable. All four of these Christmas cards are signed "Kate Greenaway", along with the monogram,"KG". The original decorative molded wood frame retains its original silver finish. Original paper backing with the original framing company label. Original glass and wire hanger. Circa 1880’s.
