ELVIS PRESLEY VINTAGE NEWS ARTICLE AUG 12 1980 RARE!!! Featuring full page poster of Elvis in performance!!!

This vintage news article from 'The Globe' was discovered a few years ago affixed on a wall in the building we had just acquired which became our chapel in the Appalachians. It commemorated the third anniversary of Elvis Presley's death in August 1977. The article, dated August 12, 1980 and yellowed with age, was an unusual find. It features a full page size memorial poster of Elvis in performance on one side. On the other it features captivating stories of the performer's spiritual life and of the world's reaction to that 3rd. anniversary of his death.

The article page measures approximately 22 1/2 inches high by 12 1/2 inches wide. It is kept in a double sided plastic case which is approximately 36 inches high by 24 inches wide.
