Rare lusterware ashtray or pencil cup featuring three Disney characters in bas relief, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Pluto the Pup, 2-1/2" tall, marked on bottom "Made in Japan," excellent condition except for barely perceptible very minor rim chip on inside of edge of ashtray and not affected figures. Rare Flip the Frog Celluloid Japan Figurine Statue
RARE CELLULOID FLIP THE FROG FIGURINE, 6-1/4" tall, articulated poseable arms, embosssed on back "Made in Japan © FLIP THE FROG," excellent condition with tiny dent in nose as shown. Has original Made in Japan paper label on bottom. Flip was created by Ubbe Iwerks when he left the Disney Studios in 1930s after having created the visual form of Mickey Mouse. Collectors often think of Flip as Mickey's first cousin.
